What is the minimum amount that i can deposit?
Our minimum deposit is € 10,- with the expectation of Pay Per Call where each deposit is €1,40.
Do you charge any fees for depositing?
BeterBingo does not charge any fee for making a deposit. However, some credit card issuers may impose a fee for internet transactions. This policy is beyond our control.
How long does it take for a deposit to show in my account?

Your deposit should be credited to your account immediately. If it doesn’t please contact our helpdesk
When can I request a withdrawal?
You can request a withdrawal from your balance meter whenever you wish, as long as the amount is at least € 25,-. When you deposit an amount it is displayed on your balance meter. Therefore, the amount deposited can be withdrawn provided it is not lost through playing.
Where do I request a withdrawal?
When you log in click the ‘Withdraw Funds’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu, from here you will be able to request a withdrawal.
How long does it take for me to receive my withdrawal?

You will receive your withdrawal within 3-5 working days. Typically, it takes us 1 working days to process your payment followed by another 2-4 working days for your bank to receive it.
How will my withdrawal be processed (to which card/method)?

Typically, your withdrawal will be sent to the bank details which you have added to the ‘my details’ section of your account. However, in some cases, to comply with Anti Money Laundering Laws, we will send your withdrawal to you via another method which you have used to deposit. In certain cases verification documents may be requested before a withdrawal can be processed.
